Dr. Godfrey Pratt was born in Cat Island, Bahamas. He earned his baccalaureate degree at Fisk University , in Nashville, Tennessee, where he majored in political science, and minored in modern foreign languages. He had an outstanding twelve-year career with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism where he was assigned to pivotal marketing and management positions at field offices in Dallas, Texas, Boston, Massachusetts, Washington, DC, and Toronto, Canada.

Dr. Godfray Pratt

Dr. Godfrey Pratt was born in Cat Island, Bahamas. He earned his baccalaureate degree at Fisk University, in Nashville, Tennessee, where I majored in political science, and minored in modern foreign languages. He had an outstanding twelve-year career with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism where he was assigned to pivotal marketing and management positions at field offices in Dallas, Texas, Boston, Massachusetts, Washington, DC, and Toronto, Canada. Highlights of his career included groundbreaking work at engineering increased visitor traffic to the Bahamas by record percentages, from the southwestern U.S. market; increasing nonstop airlift into the Bahamas from the Southwest and restructuring the Bahamas convention sales effort from the U.S. market. In 1990 he received his Masters’ Degree in Tourism Development & Travel Administration from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. A year later he joined the Maryland Office of Tourism Development as the Special Projects Manager.

There he coordinated Maryland’s Rural Tourism and Minority Tourism Development Initiatives; spearheaded a task force for the 1995 White House Conference on Travel & Tourism, under President Bill Clinton, and redeveloped Maryland’s convention sales effort for sustained growth and profitability. He received his doctoral degree from the George Washington University in 1996, and was recruited by Morgan State University to engineer the opening of their hospitality and tourism management program. While at Morgan State University he authored chapters for the following textbooks: Caribbean Tourism Visions Missions and Challenges, and Tourism & Hospitality Education & Training in the Caribbean. He also published an article in the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management entitled: “Terrorism and Tourism: Bahamas and Jamaica Fight Back.” (Pub. 2003). He undertook substantial practical research projects in the area of sustainable economic and environmenta l development within a tourist culture. In 1998 he delivered a paper entitled: Preparing Caribbean Youth for Leadership in Environmental Conservation & Preservation, at the 2nd Annual Caribbean Sustainable Tourism Development Conference in Trinidad, sponsored by the Caribbean Tourism Organization. For about eight years he was the lead consultant on a billion dollar, multi-phase hospitality management project in the Bahamas. Dr. Pratt has held key administrative positions in the undergraduate and graduate programs at Baltimore International College, (now Stratford University) and served as a Visiting Professor in DeVry Keller University’s Graduate Online Hospitality Management Program.

Wadi Sadellah

Mr. Wadi Sadellah was born in Casablanca, Morocco. After receiving a certificate from CEGIS (Ecole International de Tourism) in 1994, he moved to the USA to further his education. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and a Master Degree in International Hospitality Management from STRATFORD UNIVERSTITY.

Mr. Wadi Sadellah has been the consummate hospitality and tourism practitioner for over 18 years. He is a multi-lingual problem solver with substantial expertise in profit maximization in the foodservice and lodging industries, in the Middle East as well as Internationally.

Strategic marketing and forecasting have been hallmarks of his success, both in ownership and management positions in the tourism and hospitality industry. He contributes significant cultural and ethnic tourism expertise to the firm, along with his detailed analysis of tourism development opportunities.
